Rubbish to Riches

Looking for a rewarding fundraising opportunity? Join the Michigan Renaissance Festival as a volunteer organization to help with garbage and recycling collection. Your efforts can earn your group between $750 and $1500 in just one day!

Medieval Morsels

Participate in the Michigan Renaissance Festival’s fundraising program! Run food and beverage booths over 16 days and earn between $1,000 and $15,000. Over 100 booths and thousands of dollars await!

Secure Festival Donations for Your Cause!

Donation Requests & Guidelines

  • Eligibility: Donations are available only to organizations located in Michigan.
  • Donation Details: Each donation includes two single-day admission tickets valid for the current season. We do not offer season passes, special event tickets, or monetary contributions.
  • Limit: Organizations may receive only one donation per year.
  • Notification: Donations are mailed out monthly. You will be informed if your request is not granted.
  • Request Format: Written donation requests must be submitted on official letterhead and addressed to the Michigan Renaissance Festival.
  • Required Information: Your request letter should include a contact name, details of the event (including date), a daytime phone number, and a mailing address.
